护肤第一步 — 正确洁颜。
多了也不行，少了也不行，皮脂简直是让人头痛的存在。实际上，用“去除、保留、补充”这三种方法区别对待，就可以控制好皮脂！稍稍改变护肤的方法，便可以创造自己史上最美的肌肤！今天HB就介绍几种护理皮脂的方法给大家！
首先：炎症，痘痘的根源
以皮脂为食物的，就是存在于皮肤表面的“皮肤常驻菌”。它会分解皮脂，生成保持水分的甘油和引起炎症的游离脂肪酸等。过剩的皮脂会堵塞在毛孔中，使痤疮丙酸杆菌增加，从而引发痘痘。皮脂氧化后形成的过氧化脂质也是炎症的根源。
皮脂 — 皮肤的最外层屏障
如果量过少，很容易受到刺激。
皮肤屏障由三种物质构成，“角质细胞”、“角质间脂质（主要是神经酰胺）”和 “皮脂”。皮脂会制造薄薄的皮脂膜，守护皮肤的最外层。因此适量的皮脂可以保持肌肤的状态。
从额头到下巴的T区，由于皮脂腺很多，所以皮脂也较多。如果皮肤整体皮脂较少，那么就属于“干燥肤质”。（皮肤）水分蒸发量多就容易受到外部刺激的影响。

调整皮脂量的关键是洗脸。
“揉搓”刺激是使肌肤干燥、毛孔粗大恶化的原因。让我们来掌握几种根据肤质不同，不揉搓、只去除不需要的皮脂的方法吧。
Step1.不揉搓，防止去除过量
啫喱、油、乳液、乳霜等，将自己喜好的卸妆产品分别点在额头、鼻子、双颊、下巴，这五个部位，然后揉开至全脸。轻轻触碰产品，用手掌的温度使产品温度稍稍提高。
就这样放置1~2分钟，等待卸妆产品和化妆品的溶解。推荐边泡澡边等待。蒸汽可以加温，而使溶解效果更好。
用手指轻轻的打圈，使卸妆产品乳化，千万不要揉搓皮肤。即使揉搓，卸妆效果也不会很好，应该通过卸妆产品让化妆品浮出来。
用37℃~38℃左右的温水，以不揉搓皮肤的方式清洗干净。太烫的水，会让必需的皮脂也被去除、常温的水，无法清洗被乳化的卸妆产品。因此均不可取。
Step2.只去除多余的皮脂
在皮脂较多的锚形区涂抹卸妆产品。手指不要碰到肌肤，轻轻揉开产品至全脸。推荐乳液型的卸妆产品，避开擦拭型产品。
用34℃~36℃的温水轻轻冲洗。用不揉搓皮肤的方式，慢慢的清洗。因为之后会使用泡沫洁面乳，所以稍有残留也没有关系。
洁面乳能起泡。表面活性剂会变少，所以对肌肤的刺激也会降低、同时因为表面积扩大，也能缩短洁面时间。将泡沫放置于锚形区，之后揉开至全脸。
想要调节皮脂量，需要我们重新审视肌肤护理方式。为了去除不需要的皮脂，洁面是很有必要的，但是这也会成为使皮肤粗糙、毛孔粗大的主因。所以这两种方法尝试一下一定会适合你的！
